Cheryl is a knowledgeable and committed personal trainer and group class instructor, dedicated to providing high quality training to individuals of any fitness level. Cheryl has been enthusiastically working within health and fitness for nearly 20 years, always embracing challenges and new experiences. She maintains her professional certification through continued learning, attending regular workshops and reading.
Cheryl gets fulfilment through guiding, teaching and supporting people to help them feel good about themselves. She specialise in one to one training and small groups for weight loss, total body toning, general fitness, balance and flexibility.
Cheryl teaches a wide range of group fitness classes at Inspiration Fitness that include Spin, Legs Bums & Tums, Step, High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), Extreme Core, Power Pump and Total Balance.
