At Inspiration Fitness all members have full access to our extensive Group Exercise programme. Members can book classes using our Fitsense App. This gives you more control and flexibility over your training programme. Reward points are awarded for every class that is attended. 


Group Heart Rate is a brand new offering for 2019, allowing you to monitor your heart rate to track your exercise intensity levels whilst training in a group setting. Reward points are awarded automatically through the app according to how well you train!

 Functional movements at high intensity with the aid of Kettlebells, slam balls, ViPRS, and TRX suspension trainers. It is designed in such a way that the exercises change frequently from session to session, testing you both physically and mentally.

Boxercise is a all round fitness workout, involving boxing skills, drills and conditioning. This class will be ideal for you if your goal is to lose weight, tone up or simply have fun. Boxercise follows the methods employed in boxing as closely as possible whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety.

Spinning is the new popular form of high intensity training for fitness and endurance. It’s a fantastic way to burn fat and improve your cardio. With our brand new Life Fitness IC6 bikes and Coach by Color classes, you will train hard and train smart!

This is a high pace, high workload training session for the strong at heart. This is a 30 minute workout based on body weight and resistant exercises. Using high intensity interval training alternated with short recovery times, this class is guaranteed to raise your heart rate capacity, burn fat and increase your metabolic rate. HIIT will make you sweat, ache and wish you had never come! But you will leave energised, challenged and wanting more.

Weight based session based on super setting key movements that will guarantee to boost your metabolic rate, burn fat, build muscle and tone up! Challenge yourself to get resistance through the body and achieve the results you are aiming for.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Group Training Session - Monday 10am to 10.45am

A 45 minute class based workout focusing on balance, mobility, strength and flexibility. This is a great session to meet people, get active and be challenged.

Pilates Session - Wednesday 10am to 11am

This is a 1 hour session in the studio with our trainer Judith who is specifically trained to develop your core and stability within a controlled and supportive environment. This is one of our Inspiration Fitness gym classes that will increase you confidence in your back and movement.

Gym Training Session - Friday 10am to 11am

This is a 50 minute session in the gym with a designated trainer on hand to support the Functional Living group. You will be supported through a group session working at your own pace, designed to reinforce what we are covering during the Group Training sessions. This session is also supported by the Group Heart Rate package so you will be able to monitor your heart rate training zones.

A high intensity workout on your core. With the use of fitball or exercise ball the trainer will run you through a session of exercise designed to engage muscle groups in most of the body. This class is great for strength and tone.

Clubbercise® a new dance fitness class which is storming the nation is coming soon to Inspiration Fitness. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

Clubbercise classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lighting, lasers and flashing glow sticks set to uplifting club tunes. They play anything from 90’s classics to the latest chart-toppers from the likes of Rudimental or David Guetta.


Full Body Burn is a full body workout to help you get lean, toned and fit. With the use of barbell, Kettlebells, TRX straps, you name it, you will use it! You could burn over 500 calories.
